The thinking
What I'm consistently brought in for is the role most marketing organisations underestimate: the person who can hold the brand idea, the campaign machine, and the cross-functional team in their head at the same time, and ship.
That means owning the title or product positioning, designing the creative strategy, and then orchestrating the disciplines that turn it into a campaign in market: Social, PR, Media, Creative production, Partnerships, and Music, alongside a roster of creative and media agencies. The lead's job is to keep them telling the same story without flattening any of them.
From 2021, I led the global launch of 10+ Spanish original Movies and Series at Prime Video. The work below, Culpa Mía, Los Farad, Romancero, Maxton Hall, Sin Huellas, El Internado, Simeone, True Story España and others, is the proof. Same operating model, every time: research and positioning, creative strategy and core branding, integrated 360° campaigns across Digital, OOH, TV, Social, Print, Experiential, Events, Guerrilla Stunts and Partnerships.
What the role looks like
End-to-end campaign leadership.
