From Milano and Madrid to Zürich.

My career has moved between agency, startup, and corporate, and across Italy, Spain, and now Switzerland. The throughline is the same: build brands that perform commercially, and run the operating systems that let them.

At Amazon I learned how to scale: multi-country media portfolios, integrated launches, and operating cadences that make global teams ship together. At Prime Video I learned how to land culture: turning a Spanish original film into the platform's most-watched non-English title.

At On, I bring those two muscles together. Brand-led digital go-to-market and category growth, with a commercial lens, for one of the most distinctive contemporary Swiss brands.

The journey

From Milano to Zürich, through Shanghai and Madrid.

As an openly gay leader, I work to make every team I'm part of an environment where people feel welcome and valued.

Alongside my role at Amazon, I co-founded and led GLAMAZON, the LGBTQ+ employee resource group, in Italy (2013) and later in Spain (2017). I also served on its Seattle Global Board, driving inclusivity and cultural change at a company-wide level.
